I plan to cover sexual magic, planetary magic and psionics later this year. "Psionics" means mental powers, psychic abilities or psionics in Finnish. It refers to supernatural abilities that appear in science fiction and fantasy literature, such as telepathy (reading thoughts) and telekinesis (moving objects with the power of the mind), which are based on mental energy and are not explained by traditional scientific means.
Key concepts:
Psionic: Relating to mental powers.
Psionics: The study or use of mental powers.
Psion: A user of mental powers.
The term is a combination of the words "psyche" (mind) and "energy".
